Optional platform add-ons
2 min read
Optional platform add-ons let you track niche platforms that aren't included in any base plan. Each add-on will cost $4.99/month, billed alongside your existing subscription, once its integration is live.
None of the add-on platforms is live to activate yet. Each opens for activation automatically once its integration ships — and you are never billed for an add-on before then.
Available add-ons
- ●Substack — subscriber count, open rates, and paid newsletter revenue
- ●LinkedIn — company page followers, post impressions, and organic reach (company pages only)
- ●Snapchat — Spotlight views, story reach, and Creator Fund earnings
- ●Rumble — video views, channel followers, and ad revenue share
Which plans support add-ons
Add-ons are available on Pro, Creator Pro, and Studio plans. Spark and Rise users can see the add-on options in their integrations settings but cannot activate them — upgrading to Pro or above unlocks the ability to add them.
How to add an optional platform
- 1.Go to Settings → Integrations in your dashboard.
- 2.Scroll down to the "Optional Platforms" section.
- 3.A platform that is live shows an "Add to plan" button; one that isn't yet shows "Not available yet."
- 4.When it's available, click "Add to plan" — the $4.99/mo charge is added to your next invoice (prorated for the current billing period).
How to remove an add-on
- 1.Go to Settings → Integrations.
- 2.Find the add-on under "Optional Platforms."
- 3.Click "Remove."
- 4.The add-on will be removed at the end of the current billing period.
Substack, Snapchat, and Rumble have no public API yet — for now, track them with manual revenue entry from the revenue page. LinkedIn requires company-page access and a Marketing API approval. These slots become activatable as each integration goes live.
Billing details
Add-ons are billed monthly at $4.99 each, added as line items on your existing Stripe subscription. When you add one mid-cycle, a prorated charge is applied immediately. When you remove one, you keep access until the end of the billing period with no refund for the remainder.
