How to change your plan
2 min read
You can upgrade or downgrade your Glowr plan at any time from your account settings.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately. As soon as you confirm the new plan, you'll have access to all its features — additional platform slots, longer history, more frequent syncs, and any new capabilities the tier includes.
- 1.Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2.Click "Change plan."
- 3.Select your new plan and confirm.
- 4.Your card on file will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to your current plan's features until then.
When downgrading, if you have more connected platforms than your new plan allows, the excess platforms will be disconnected at the transition date. Choose which platforms to keep before the period ends.
What happens to your data history when downgrading
Glowr keeps your historical data on file even if the new plan has a shorter retention window — you just won't be able to view data older than your new plan's limit. If you upgrade again later, older data becomes visible again (as long as it hasn't been purged by the retention policy).
Creator Pro and Studio plans include the Dark Archive, which preserves data indefinitely. If you downgrade from one of these plans, your archive is paused but not deleted for 90 days.
