Something stopped syncing

A platform stopped updating in your dashboard. Could be an auth token expiry, API change, or platform outage. Glowr flags these automatically — reconnecting usually fixes it in seconds.

Reconnect a platform

My revenue numbers look wrong

Revenue can look off for a few reasons: a platform synced partially, a manual entry is miscategorised, or the confidence score is pulling estimated data. Check the confidence badge next to each source.

Review revenue sources

My metrics don't match the platform

Platform APIs sometimes have a reporting delay of 24–72 hours. Glowr shows you when data was last pulled so you know if you're looking at real-time or slightly delayed numbers.

Check sync timestamps

AI insights aren't showing up

Insights require ≥70% platform coverage and data that's less than 24 hours old. If a platform is stale or failed, insights pause until the data is healthy again.
