Terms of Service

These terms are pending final legal review before public launch. Core provisions accurately reflect Glowr's policies.
1. Agreement
By creating a Glowr account or using any part of the Glowr service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Glowr. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.
2. What Glowr is
Glowr is a creator business management platform. It provides analytics aggregation, revenue tracking, platform health monitoring, and AI-assisted insights by connecting to third-party platforms via official OAuth integrations.
Glowr is not a financial advisor. Revenue figures displayed in Glowr are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Glowr.
4. Connected platforms
Glowr connects to third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, etc.) using OAuth. By connecting a platform, you grant Glowr read-only access to the data made available by that platform's API. Glowr does not post, publish, or modify any content on your behalf.
You can disconnect any platform at any time from your Glowr settings or directly through the platform's own OAuth management.
Glowr is dependent on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for data interruptions caused by platform API changes, outages, rate limits, or policy changes outside our control.
5. Your data
You own your data. Glowr does not sell your creator data or analytics to third parties. Data you input or that is pulled from connected platforms remains yours.
By using Glowr, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the service.
If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days to allow re-activation or export, then permanently deleted — unless you're on a plan with Dark Archive, in which case your archived data is retained per the terms of that feature.
6. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations stop future charges but do not generate refunds for unused periods — except where our 14-day refund policy applies (see Section 7).
7. Refunds
If you're unsatisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable. This policy applies once per account.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Glowr to:
- —Violate any applicable law or regulation
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Glowr systems or other users' accounts
- —Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to Glowr beyond your normal account usage
- —Use Glowr to track or monitor individuals without their consent
- —Provide false information to circumvent plan limits
9. Service availability
Glowr is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Glowr is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, including data sync failures from third-party platforms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. We will notify you in advance where possible and practical.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Glowr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
