How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Glowr subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
- 1.Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2.Click "Cancel subscription."
- 3.Confirm your cancellation. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
What happens during the remaining billing period
After cancelling, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. All features remain available until that date.
What happens to your data after cancellation
Your data is retained for 30 days after the end of your paid period. During that window, you can reactivate your subscription or export your data. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Creator Pro and Studio subscribers: your Dark Archive data is retained for 90 days after cancellation rather than 30 days, giving you more time to export or transfer.
14-day refund policy
If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge on any plan, contact support for a full refund. No questions asked. The refund window applies to your first charge on a new plan — it does not apply to renewals.
If you're cancelling because something isn't working as expected, try opening a support ticket first — we may be able to fix the issue before you leave.
